Like taking a trip to the beach, bring cold drinks, bug repellent (?), wear cool clothes, sunscreen (?) and a hat (Please don’t spray bug repellent in field – organic production). Since this is a field closed shoes are better than sandals!
Bring pans or containers to transport the berries. An ice chest without ice works well.
We have water and a port-a potty at the farm. Water is sulfur type of course, but fine to drink. We have picnic tables for lunch or supper.
Please don’t stand on beds. This compacts the soil and damages the plastic mulch used to control weeds.
